Villa Lamar is in a quiet residential area in the south of Menorca. From the house you see the sea and the famous Son Bou beach, known for its white sand and turquoise water. So the view is part of the stay from the first morning.

Villa Lamar: your holiday home in Menorca

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping six guests. It is spacious and comfortable, which makes it ideal for families or small groups. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. Because of that, the car often stays parked.

Inside the house

Inside it is bright and simple, with the main rooms facing the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is air conditioning, a dining area and Wi-Fi. So a fortnight here is easy to organise.

The pool and the terrace

The outdoor space is one of its strong points. There is a large private pool and a generous terrace beside it. Next to them, a lovely barbecue makes eating outdoors the obvious plan. And the garden keeps the whole thing private.

Why guests love this villa

The views over Son Bou, from the house and from the pool, are what guests remember. Besides, everything is within reach: shops, restaurants and the beach itself. For security there is one outdoor camera at the main access. It monitors only the entrance, and it does not record any indoor or private areas.

Around Son Bou

Casa Andrés, five minutes away in Son Bou, is an easy first night. Ca n’Aguedet, in Es Mercadal, serves the most traditional Menorcan cooking. Pan y Vino, in Sant Lluís, is worth the drive for a slower dinner. And for a swim, Sant Tomàs sits next door to Son Bou, quieter and with a very pleasant seafront walk.

Pets: dogs are welcome at Villa Lamar. So please let us know in advance, because an extra cost may apply.
