Villa Can Maja hides in the hills above Santa Eulària des Riu. It is a contemporary Mediterranean house, fully renovated within the last two years. So it suits anyone who is after real privacy without leaving the village behind.

The house has five double bedrooms and seven bathrooms , sleeping up to ten guests . Because there is more than one bathroom per room, a large group never queues. The living areas open through floor-to-ceiling glass. And that glass frames the sea and the old town of Santa Eulària.

The materials are marble, oak and brushed metals, chosen calmly rather than for effect. There is a fully equipped kitchen and generous dining and living areas. Air conditioning reaches the whole house, and Wi-Fi covers the property. As a result, the rooms feel serene and well looked after.
