The house
Why we like it
The balance is what guests mention: a quiet house with a good pool, yet close to everything. The airport is a short drive, so arrival day is easy. Besides, Ibiza Town and the natural park beaches are minutes away. And Dalt Vila, the old walled town, works well for an evening out.
Villa Air sits in a quiet area near Sant Jordi, in the south of Ibiza. The airport, Ibiza Town and the southern beaches are all minutes away. So you get good access without any of the noise.
Villa Air: your private home in Ibiza
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms , one of them en suite, sleeping up to six guests . Its 140 m² feel warm and welcoming rather than showy. Because the layout is simple, families and groups of friends both settle in quickly.
Inside the house
Inside it is bright and practical, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV and Wi-Fi throughout. Air conditioning keeps the rooms comfortable in August. And the living space opens naturally towards the garden.
The pool and the garden
Outside there is a large private pool , good for cooling off in the middle of the day. Around it, the garden and the outdoor areas are surrounded by nature. There is a barbecue area as well, plus a terrace for eating out. So most of the day happens outdoors.
Pets: dogs are welcome at Villa Air. So please let us know in advance, because an extra cost may apply.

Dalt Vila & the town, Es Vedrà & the south-west beaches.
Sa Caleta, right beside the beach of the same name, serves catch of the day and rice dishes. Playa d’en Bossa, the longest beach on the island, is also close if you want more atmosphere. And for a quieter swim, Es Cavallet is a wide natural beach inside the Ses Salines Natural Park.
