The house
Why we like it
The wellness area is the surprise most guests remember. After a day at the beach, the sauna feels well earned. Still, it is the view that keeps people on the terrace until dark. So evenings here rarely move indoors.
Villa Llosas de Dalt looks out from a hillside near Sant Carles. From the terraces you see the valley, the sea and, on clear days, Formentera. So the view sets the tone for the whole stay.
Villa Llosas de Dalt: your private home in Ibiza
The house covers 600 m², with five bedrooms and five bathrooms . Because every room has its own bathroom, ten guests travel together without crowding. Families and groups of friends both settle in easily. And the village of Sant Carles is only a short drive away.
Inside the house
The shared rooms are generous and full of natural light. Large windows tie the interior to the countryside outside. Quality materials and careful decoration give the house Ibizan character with today’s comfort. There is air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
The pool, the views and the wellness area
The infinity pool reaches out towards the valley, with the sea beyond. Around it sit a lush garden, a summer kitchen and a barbecue with an al fresco dining area. Besides that, the house has its own wellness corner: a sauna and a small gym . There is also a table tennis table by the carport.

Calm beaches & easy living, with a family feel & a seafront promenade.
Bar Anita, in the village, makes its own Ibizan herb liqueur and is always worth a stop. Las Dalias market is also close, with craft stalls and live music. And for a swim, Cala Mastella is tiny and clear, with El Bigotes’ fish shack behind the rocks.
