The house
Why we like it
The generosity of the outdoor space is the point here. There is room to be in the sun, in the shade, at the table or simply lying down. Still, the location does its part: ten minutes to town, fifteen to Santa Eulària. So the house works for a mixed group.
Villa Sa Tanca den Lloses is in Can Furnet, a quiet elevated residential area. Ibiza Town and Santa Eulària are both close, which makes getting around the east of the island easy. So the house is convenient without being busy.

The house offers 250 m² on a single level. There are three bedrooms — two with double beds and one with singles — and two full bathrooms , sleeping six guests . The living room is large and the kitchen fully equipped. Because there are no stairs, the layout works at any age.
Inside the house
Inside it is well built and very spacious, carefully finished. There is air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an alarm system. The kitchen comes with appliances and kitchenware for six. So a fortnight here needs no shopping list beyond food.
The pool, the terraces and the gardens
Where the house really shines is outdoors. There are extensive terraces, well-kept gardens and a lovely pool , with sun loungers, a Balinese bed and a chill-out corner. Besides that, there is a barbecue area and private parking. As a result, six people spread out without effort.

Calm beaches & easy living, with a family feel & a seafront promenade.
Ca n’Alfredo, ten minutes away in Ibiza Town, serves traditional Ibizan food. Es Terral, in Santa Eulària, is the other good option, cooking with the market. And for a swim, Talamanca is wide, sheltered and very family-friendly, while Cala Llonga is a short drive north.
