The house
Why we like it
That outdoor kitchen is the detail guests talk about. Cooking, eating and swimming happen within a few steps of each other. Still, the sea view from every bedroom is what sells the house. So mornings start well here.
Villa Sa Carroca offers more than 300 m² in a quiet residential area of Sant Josep. A café is one minute away and a supermarket a five-minute walk. So the connections are excellent: the airport is ten minutes by car, and Ibiza Town under ten.
Villa Sa Carroca: your private home in Ibiza
The house has four bedrooms plus a fifth , connected to one of them, designed so children can sleep near their parents. Four of the five are upstairs, and all of them have sea views . There are three bathrooms , sleeping eight guests . Because of that layout, families with small children have it easy here.
Inside the house
Inside it is spacious and bright, with generous shared spaces for gathering. Air conditioning reaches the bedrooms, the living room and the dining area. There is Wi-Fi throughout and generous parking. And the house has two kitchens, one indoors and one outside.
The saltwater pool and the outdoor kitchen
The saltwater pool is ideal for spending the day in the sun. Around it there are superb terraces and a relaxing area. Above all, the outdoor kitchen with its built-in barbecue turns any meal into an open-air plan. As a result, the indoor kitchen barely gets used in August.
Pets: dogs are welcome at Villa Sa Carroca. So please let us know in advance, because an extra cost may apply.

Sa Caleta, the family-run fish restaurant beside the beach of the same name, serves the best paella in the area. Dalt Vila is a short drive for an evening out. And for a swim, Es Bol Nou is a small beach beneath reddish cliffs, quiet and very local.
