With over 300 m² of living space, this spacious villa in Ibiza with a saltwater pool is ideal for soaking up the sun all day, enjoying wonderful terraces and a relaxing area. One of the villa’s main features is its excellent connectivity, making it perfect for exploring the entire island.

The holiday home has four bedrooms plus an additional fifth, connected to one of the others, designed so children can sleep near their parents. Four of the five bedrooms are located upstairs, all offering sea views. Each bedroom, as well as the large living room and dining area, is equipped with air conditioning. The villa also offers two kitchens—one indoors and one outdoor with a built-in barbecue. There’s ample private parking and free Wi-Fi throughout.

The villa is set in a quiet residential area, with a café just one minute away and a Mercadona supermarket five minutes’ walk. Ibiza Airport is only a 10-minute drive away, and both Ibiza Town and Playa d’en Bossa are reachable in under 10 minutes.

Do the villas have Internet connection?

Yes, all our villas offer high-speed internet access, either through fiber optic or cable. Perfect for both remote work and enjoying streaming content.

None of our villas have heated pools. However, during the summer months, both the air and water temperatures are ideal for outdoor swimming without the need for heating.
