The house
Why we like it
The views and the quiet are what guests mention, and the quiet grows deeper at night. Five minutes on foot is Punta Galera, with its flat rock terraces. That is where some of the island’s most memorable sunsets happen. So the last hour of the day has a fixed plan.
Villa Las Tres Yucas stands on a small hill in the Cala Gració area. From the terraces the sea view opens almost 180 degrees, over the bay of Sant Antoni and towards the mountains. So the outlook is among the widest in our portfolio.
Villa Las Tres Yucas: your private home in Ibiza
The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor holds three en-suite bedrooms , a generous living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a fourth bedroom, also en suite. In total, four bedrooms and four bathrooms for eight guests , so each couple keeps its own privacy.
Inside the house
The house has been completely refurbished, and the result is bright and very comfortable. Every room has air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. So a week here runs smoothly for a large group.
The pool, the terraces and the views
The outdoor space matches the interior. There is a private pool , generous terraces, a porch and a chill-out area. The 2,000 m² plot is fully fenced, with Mediterranean gardens. Besides that, an al fresco dining area and a barbecue zone take care of the evenings.

San Antonio
The best sunsets on the island.
Es Ventall, in Sant Antoni, cooks market food with island produce. Cala Salada sits less than five minutes away, among pines and with clear water. And for a quieter swim, Cala Saladeta is reached on foot from there, with white sand and turquoise water, very good for snorkelling.
