Why we like it
The calm is the whole point of Can Sans. This is a house for anyone who wants to switch off properly and reconnect with nature. Still, the coast is close: some of the island’s most unspoiled coves sit minutes away. So couples come back for the same week every year.
Villa Can Sans is a small hidden treasure in the quiet north of Ibiza. It sits in the Cala de Sant Vicent area, wrapped in Mediterranean vegetation, with views opening towards the sea. So it suits two people who want to slow right down.
Villa Can Sans: your private home in Ibiza
It is a carefully restored traditional finca, made for two. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom . Also, an equipped kitchen and dining area, a washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Because the scale is small, everything feels close at hand.
Inside the house
From the moment you arrive, everything invites you to slow down. The whitewashed walls and the sabina wood beams do most of the work. Then there are the shaded corners, perfect for reading. And the silence is broken only by birdsong or the wind through the trees.
The pool and the terraces
Every outdoor space here is designed for relaxing. There is a pool and sun-drenched terraces around it. Besides that, a barbecue area and a garden make dinner under the stars the natural plan. So the house lives outdoors from May onwards.

Free spirit & hippy soul: the green, quiet north and its markets.
Can Gat, on the bay of Cala de Sant Vicent, is a long-standing place for fish and rice dishes facing the sea. Los Enamorados, up the coast, is the other option for a quieter dinner. The walk to the Punta Moscarter lighthouse, the tallest in the Balearics, is worth a morning. And for a swim, Cala Boix has dark sand at the foot of the cliff, quiet even in August.

Your week
- When you book: you pay 30% of the rent
- Up to 30 days before: free cancellation
- The rest (70% of the rent, cleaning and tourist tax), before you arrive
- Check-in from 15:00
- Each night: Balearic tourist tax, 2.20 € per adult from May to October and 0.55 € the rest of the year (half from the 9th night)
- Check-out by 10:00. Final cleaning (130 €) is compulsory and already added to the total
- Deposit of 600 €, returned once the house has been checked
No parties or events: it's a quiet home and we look after the neighbours.
