Why we like it
That gallery is what guests talk about afterwards. Lunch there at three in the afternoon in August is genuinely comfortable. Still, the pool and the gardens do their part. So most groups settle into a rhythm and stay put.
Villa Can Joan Simona stands in quiet countryside in the municipality of Sant Josep. It combines traditional Ibizan style with the comfort you expect today. So it works well for groups and for families travelling together.

The house has five bedrooms — three doubles and two singles — and four bathrooms , sleeping eight guests . That mix brings real flexibility, because children and adults sort themselves out easily. Its 280 m² never feel tight. And the plot keeps the house private on every side.
Inside the house
The heart of the house is the generous living room. It opens onto the outdoor gallery, so the two spaces extend into one another. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV and Wi-Fi. As a result, long stays work well here.
The pool, the gardens and the gallery
Outside, the private pool sits beside generous gardens. There is a barbecue area , an outdoor dining space and private parking. Above all, the covered gallery is the detail that changes the house: a table, sofas and shade, which in summer becomes the real living room.
Pets: dogs are welcome at Villa Can Joan Simona. So please let us know in advance, because an extra cost may apply.
