The house
Why we like it
The pool is what guests mention first. That gradual entry works very well with small children, and the shallow end is made for spending the afternoon in the water. Still, the location does its part too. So you can have breakfast in the garden and lunch in Dalt Vila.
Villa Can Jaume Arabí sits in Puig d’en Valls, in a position that is hard to beat. Ibiza Town is seven minutes away, Talamanca beach six and the airport eleven. So you get a rural setting without giving up the city.
Villa Can Jaume Arabí: your private home in Ibiza
The house covers 300 m² on a single level, which keeps stairs to a minimum. It has four independent bedrooms and two modern bathrooms , plus an outdoor toilet by the pool, sleeping eight guests . Because every bedroom stands on its own, two families share the house easily. And the layout is comfortable at any age.
Inside the house
Inside it is bright and practical, with garden views from the main rooms. There is air conditioning throughout and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi reaches every corner. And free private parking sits beside the house.
The pool and the garden
The 2,500 m² plot is a garden in the fullest sense. The pool is modern in design, with a beach-style entry that makes getting in easy. It reaches 1.65 metres at its deepest, so it is not suitable for diving, but it offers a large shallow area. Besides that, there is a barbecue area and a terrace for eating outside.
