Why we like it
Walking into the village is the detail guests mention most. Dinner in Sant Carles, then a stroll home under the pines: not every country house allows that. Besides, Las Dalias market and the northern beaches sit minutes away. So the house works for families and small groups alike.
Villa Can Guillem stands on a 5,000 m² plot just outside Sant Carles. The village, with its shops and restaurants, is a short walk away. So you can leave the car behind for the evening.
Villa Can Guillem: your private home in Ibiza
The 130 m² house sits on one level, in traditional Ibizan style. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms , sleeping up to five guests , and the main bedroom is en suite. Because the kitchen, dining area and living room open onto the pool, indoors and outdoors run together.
Inside the house
Inside it is simple and bright, and it feels warm from the moment you walk in. There is air conditioning, a TV and Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, so self-catering is easy. And the open layout keeps everyone in the same space.
The pool and the gardens
The private pool sits beside a shaded dining area. Around it, well-kept gardens give plenty of room to spread out. There is a barbecue as well, plus private parking. As a result, most of the day happens outside.

Bar Anita, in the village, has been the local meeting point for decades. Es Caliu, on the Sant Carles road, grills island meat over charcoal. Then Las Dalias market fills Saturdays with craft stalls and music. And for a swim, Cala Nova offers wide sand and relaxed beach bars.
