Villa Savinar is a 250 m² house renovated in authentic Ibizan style. It stands on a fenced plot of around 7,000 m², inside a protected green area. So the privacy is complete, and the view reaches the islet of Es Vedrà.

La casa tiene cuatro habitaciones y dos baños para ocho invitados. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private parking come as standard. Because the living areas open outwards, light comes in all day.

Inside, the island’s traditional architecture meets today’s comfort. The atmosphere is welcoming and functional rather than showy. Also, there is a table tennis table for the afternoons. So the house covers the slower days too.
The infinity pool and the panoramic terrace
Outdoors, a ten by five metre infinity pool is set into a generous panoramic terrace. There is a zona de barbacoa, a garden and an al fresco dining space. Besides that, a child-proof fence can be installed around the pool on request. And breakfast on that terrace, with Es Vedrà in front, is the reason most guests get up early.

The view of Es Vedrà from the water of the pool is what people remember. This is also one of the few houses from which three of the island’s iconic islets are visible. Still, the 7,000 m² of fenced grounds matter just as much: you neither see nor hear anyone. One practical note: the access road has an unpaved stretch, so a slightly higher car helps.
Around Cala d’Hort and Es Cubells
Es Xarcu, in the cove at Es Cubells, is a family-run fish shack reached along a dirt track. El Carmen, at Cala d’Hort, has a terrace facing the sea and a direct view of Es Vedrà. And for a swim, Cala Carbó is quiet, small and with beautifully clean water, while Cala d’Hort is the classic next door.
